That’s a wrap on the 4th Annual Big5 CIO Priorities ’26 and what a strong two days it turned out to be.

Before anything else, a few clear signals from the conversations:

  • Execution is now the agenda. Enterprise India is moving past experimentation. The focus is on where AI actually delivers and how to scale those bets inside real organisations.
  • Control is being designed in early. Data, compliance, and platform choices are no longer downstream concerns. They’re shaping architecture decisions from the start.
  • Technology leadership is business leadership. Cloud, data, and AI decisions are now directly tied to growth, risk, and customer outcomes, going beyond IT performance.

Over 200 business and technology leaders came together at the Taj Surajkund for honest, practical conversations on how these decisions are being made and what they mean for organisations and society as this next phase unfolds.

A huge thank you to our speakers Shekhar Kapur, Kunal Kapoor, Atul Dhawan, Atul Satija, Neelam Dhawan, Deshant Kaila, Juhi Bhatnagar, and Vishal Jindal for pushing the dialogue forward with perspectives that challenged and stuck.

And to our Ecosystm leaders, Amit Gupta, Sash Mukherjee, Louise Francis, Manish Prakash, Parminder Singh, and Deepak Sharma for keeping every session grounded in real insight and rigour.

To our highly engaged audience, thank you for making this what it is each year. And to our partners at 121connects, along with CtrlS Datacenters, Dynatrace, Red Hat, Tata Consultancy Services, Logitech, Freshworks, Barracuda Networks, Enreap, ImmersiveData.AI, Snowflake, and Atlassian, thank you for backing the community and the conversations.

If there’s one thing this year made clear: the conversation has moved on. It’s now about building organisations that can actually run on AI – and doing it well.
