Kaushik is Ecosystm’s Principal Advisor, sharing his expertise and knowledge gathered over more than 25 years in the industry to help shape the company’s strategy and vision. Passionate about consulting, facilitating and mentoring, Kaushik runs his own boutique consulting practice on digital transformation. He is also associated with leading management schools in South Asia as Visiting/Adjunct Faculty where he conducts Digital Transformation courses. Prior to Ecosystm, Kaushik worked in senior roles for multinational technology and management consulting corporations in Asia Pacific and North America, including PwC, IBM, Oracle and most recently at SAP as Vice President of Value Engineering and Presales in Southeast Asia. His extensive experience has led him to spearhead business transformation programmes for clients across consumer products, high tech, automotive, industrial manufacturing and retail. Kaushik holds a PhD in Production & Operations Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore. An avid reader and a movie enthusiast, Kaushik loves travelling, meeting people and having good conversations.
