Manish is a highly accomplished business leader with 25+ years of leadership experience in driving sustainable organisations and implementing innovative programs in global markets. Currently a Principal Advisor at Ecosystm, he previously held leadership roles at Microsoft, Telenor, Airtel, Accenture, and SK Group where he has been instrumental in driving innovation and growth. During his tenure at Microsoft, Manish served as the Managing Director for Asia Pacific and led Microsoft’s business for Regulated Industries – Energy, Critical Infrastructure, Healthcare, Education and Public Sector in the region. He led the digital transformation strategies, transitioning the business from software/license-focused to industry-led, cloud-centric growth portfolios. At Telenor, Manish was the SVP & Head of the Global Enterprise division, diversifying the core connectivity business into emerging areas like Cloud, IoT, Cybersecurity, and Enterprise Mobility. Prior to that, as the President of Airtel Business, he transformed the division into a leading digital services provider. Manish has also held leadership positions at Accenture, where he led the Infrastructure Services & Cloud practice for Asia-Pacific, and at SK Group, overseeing market expansion in telecom, engineering, and technology. He has also held roles at Tech Mahindra (SCS), IBM, and Hewlett-Packard. He holds an MBA from INSEAD, has completed leadership programs at Harvard Business School, co-founded the Indian Chamber of Commerce in Korea, and is a former member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD). In his personal time, Manish likes to mix and produce music.
