Globally recognised as one of the Most Powerful Women in Business in titles including Fortune, Forbes and Business Today, Neelam has played an instrumental role in shaping the IT industry in India over the course of an illustrious career spanning 35 years.
Specialising in managing IT transformations across a variety of industries, Neelam has led some of the biggest technology brands in India including Microsoft and HP. As CEO for HP India, Neelam led a team of 75,000 employees and managed a P&L exceeding USD 5Bn. Neelam was also an executive council member of NASSCOM, India’s primary technology industry body from 2009 to 2017, making significant contributions to industry strategy and public policy frameworks in India.
Beyond her Board Advisor role at Ecosystm, Neelam continues to serve as a Board Member at ICICI Bank Limited India and Tech Mahindra among others. Till recently, Neelam was also a board member at Royal Philips, Netherlands and the chairperson of IBM Advisory Board in India.
Neelam is a graduate of St. Stephen’s College, Delhi University and holds an MBA from the Faculty of Management Studies, University of Delhi, India. Neelam is a passionate traveler, an avid reader and every now and then, loves to sneak in some time for Netflix!
