He is the Chief AI Architect at Ecosystm, Founder & Chief AI Whisperer at ClayboxAI (an Ecosystm Group company), dedicated to building AI fluency at the leadership level. Parminder is also the Co-Founder and CEO of Kampd, an AI-powered community platform. As Chief AI Architect at Ecosystm Group, he is leading the development of next-generation AI solutions in research and consulting.
With a career spanning leadership roles at global technology giants, Parminder has consistently driven innovation and digital change. As Chief Commercial Officer and Chief Digital Officer at Mediacorp, he led the company’s transformation into a dynamic transmedia organisation. He launched the Mediacorp Partner Network, introduced new digital properties, overhauled backend infrastructure, and implemented a data-driven business model that opened new revenue streams – all while championing the company’s AI initiatives.
Previously, as Managing Director at Google, he guided APAC enterprises through their digital transformation journeys using Google’s suite of solutions. His experience at Apple and IBM further deepened his expertise in enterprise technology and innovation. Parry established and expanded Twitter (now known as X) in Asia as the Regional Managing Director.
