As Chief Technology Officer at State Bank of India, Shiv conceived and launched India’s first fully integrated digital bank (YONO), bringing frictionless banking to more than 550 million customers.
As Chief Technology and Operations Officer at the National Stock Exchange of India, he scaled trading capacity from 800 million to 20 billion order messages per day, while meeting the most stringent regulatory standards of any exchange globally.
Most recently, as Chief Transformation Officer at IndusInd Bank, Shiv led an enterprise-wide transformation that embedded AI and data-driven decision-making into core business operations, delivering USD 10–15 million in annualised savings and laying the foundation for the bank’s next phase of digital growth.
