Developed in partnership with JA Asia Pacific and JA Institute, The AI Workforce Blueprint maps this transition across three horizons, from AI-driven productivity and role redesign to AI-orchestrated work, and eventually more adaptive human-AI collaboration. It examines the implications for industries, education, and workforce capability, and sets out practical priorities for governments, employers, educators, and learners – with a particular focus on giving young people the capabilities and opportunities to participate in the AI-enabled workforce.
