Ecosystm collaborated with ST Telemedia Global Data Centres on this AI Infrastructure Readiness Assessment, drawing on Ecosystm-led research and data analysis across Asia Pacific to map how organisations are progressing in their AI journeys and where gaps are emerging. 

The findings point to a consistent pattern: despite continued AI investment, many organisations remain constrained by infrastructure readiness, fragmented data environments, and evolving governance models. As a result, scaling AI beyond pilots remains a challenge for a large number of enterprises. 

The analysis highlights where organisations are progressing faster and where foundational gaps continue to slow the move from experimentation to scale.
